Owner here! I am 27 years old and Hair Heaven has been my baby for 6 years now! I’ve been a Licensed Cosmetologist for 10 years but I started my hair journey a very long time ago. My mom is also a hairdresser and I was always in the salon organizing nail polish bottles, folding towels and watching her work! I loved everything about it! So opening a salon of my own had been an early dream of mine and Hair Heaven was what I wanted to name it! I got so lucky the name wasn’t already taken, it was like it was meant to be! Being able to get licensed through my high schools Cosmetology program was such a blessing because I got to start my education so early. Since then I have been certified to do Lash Extensions and Lash Lifts and other hair treatments. Now that I have the proper space, I have even been certified to train others and hold my own courses! I truly couldn’t imagine doing anything else! Being able to service my amazing clients, form relationships with my co workers, being able to provide an amazing environment for my renters and our clients, and being able to collaborate with other talented stylists in the beauty industry is something I am grateful for every single day.

My name is Katie Bowie. I have been working in the beauty industry for over 19 years. I was born and raised in Warwick, RI and found my passion for enhancing my clients beauty early on in my career. I specialize in wedding beauty services as well as highlights, creative cuts, and day to day styling. I love building strong connections with my clients and helping them express their personalities through their appearance. I have been very fortunate to work on some incredible people throughout the years and I look forward to continuing my career while magnifying the beauty within each of my clients.
